I visited the Player's Club, yesterday, reserved for customers with advanced players status. The lady never greeted me. Never asked what I needed. She was too busy talking to another employee. Finally, I interrupted and ask for a replacement card and handed her my ID. STILL Not one word directed towards me. Still talking to the other employee (not job related). She printed my card and handed it to me. Still didn't speak to me. I looked at her and said thank you. Then she finally acknowledged my presence. I spent $600 at their casino yesterday. I will start driving to Biloxi for my fun nights out.
