It has been a number of years since I have been to this restaurant and time has not been kind to the Cock'n Bull. First the inside looks dirty and shabby, the carpet is shredding and very dirty, the wallpaper is coming down, pictures are missing and THERE IS NO HANDICAP RAMP to get down to the main section. The beef barley soup was good, but my french dip was dry, tasteless, overcooked meat in a wet, soggy roll as if someone had spilled something on it before bringing it to the table. The dip had congealed fat floating on top because it wasn't hot. My mother's chicken pot pie was very dry and overcooked and the glass of house wine was close to undrinkable. The waitress was very nice, but did NOT come back to the table after serving the food to ask if everything was ok. How very disappointed we all were to learn that our favorite restaurant when we visit this area has gone to ruin. We will not visit this restaurant again.
