Planned on staying here for three days and left after seven hours. We were excited to ride the attractions but were left with nothing but disappointment to learn that all the attractions were not operating. The buffet was also closed, along with every other restaurant and bar in the resort aside from Panda Express and mcdonalds. We were told that the other nearby casinos had more variety and that the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes because the tram was also not working. We proceeded to wait for the shuttle for 35 minutes and gave up after it never arrived. Pictures online show flat screens in all rooms but in reality they still had tubes. Carpet appeared to have what looked like blood stains from a violent altercation. Also had to walk through mud to get to pool and pool house with towels was locked. Best part of the resort was seeing it in our rear view mirror. Disappointing experience overall.
