Visited back in February on a Friday and Saturday, had a great time, love the smoking area, the machines were nice and I won both nights, very clean and bright, staff was very nice. I even had a staff approach me while I was playing Saturday and offered to comp me a room because they noticed I had been there 2 nights in a row and was spending money, unfortunately I already had a room at a hotel about 10 minutes away and I was leaving the next morning so I didn't take the room. I go to Turning Stone all the time and I have never been approached or given any kind of comp for donating to them and I am an Onyx card holder since they changed their cards. Looking forward to coming back to Lago and having a great time again very soon!

Were you at slots, poker, tables, or high limit? I've been there 10+ times and I've never seen anyone approached for a comp room, nor have I or my bf ever been... I do slots and he does poker..
