Recently, my 2 sisters and I spent 2 nights at the Ameristar Hotel. The morning of our checkout we went to a small restaurant there, where we'd eaten a couple times before. After waiting an hour without getting our food, we left and went to checkout. On the way I told a group of people waiting to be seated in the restaurant what had happened and they left. As we were checking out, Janna, a customer relations person, came up and asked if she'd heard correctly about us not getting our food after an hour. We said yes, and she said that was totally unacceptable, and comped all of our rooms!!!!! A disappointing morning was turned into a happy one. I recommend Ameristar highly!
