To begin, my husband and I usually stick with Harrah's when we plan a gambling trip, but probably not anymore. We checked in a few hours early and was charged a check-in early fee. That's fine, my husband was told that would happen when he booked it over the phone. In addition to the early check in fee, they also slap another days resort fee too. Totally unacceptable. So don't check in 15 minutes early unless you want to be charged extra for this and that. The casino was fun. The casino host Eric made a point to introduce himself. Not typical in other casinos. Steak n Shake was excellent. We booked a smoking room because we smoke. That was a mistake as the room smelled like every cigar and cigarette known to man,...and this is coming from a smoker. Either they're not cleaning correctly or the cleaning products are worthless. My husband did win $500 in free play and that was nice. Overall, not the best Harrahs Casino. We will try other casinos in the area.
