Was expecting a lot more from a Las Vegas hotel. Had to stand in line for at least half hour to get checked in, as it takes an age to go over all the T&C's, map of the hotel and take the resort fee from every guest. All we wanted when we got to the room was a cup of tea, but couldn't have one as the room was pretty much bare. No kettle, coffee maker, fridge or treats. Bathroom shabby, and sheets torn. Not impressed. Decided to go back to reception to ask if they had such a thing as a kettle, to be told yes, but we had to go back to the room and call the care line to order one. If you don't ask you don't get. Also the WiFi was unreliable. To top it, was overcharged.
