Very disappointed!!! You pay $250 you expect to get what you order! We went to Ruth Chris last night, everything was great until they brought our entrees. We ordered 2 Center Cut 11 oz Filets (their specialty- its on the sign, menu & commercials) we got 2 End Cuts. The manager was delivering our food before she could place it on the table, we told her it wasn't what we ordered. She offered nothing to correct the order. We told the server, she confirmed, she entered Center Cuts when she place the order. The manager came by again, to ask if everything was ok, we told her again it wasn't what we ordered. Then the GM came by and asked if everything was ok, we told him it wasn't what we ordered. He gave us his card and said he would make it up to us the next time! Unfortunately, there won't be a next time!! For those who don't know the difference between a Center Cut and an End Cut, the center is tender and the end is like chewing on the bottom of your shoe. They make a great Old Fashion and the server was super nice.
