The front desk manager Crystal was very rude and unaccomodating. I needed late check out (until 12:30-1:00pm) due to scheduling issues. When I called to request this, I spoke with Crystal who was so impolite, hasty, and inconsiderate. She cut me off, had no regard for my situation, and seemed very adamant about giving me a hard time for no reason. I never understand why people who can be so unfriendly take job positions where they should be exchanging positive, productive vibes. I've stayed at many hotels and when it's not too inconvenient to allow a later checkout, staff is usually more than happy to help out and at the least be friendly. But I received neither courtesy at this hotel. I doubt the hotel was sold out for a Sunday evening, and I was only asking for up to 1:00pm. I just felt uncomfortable and insincerity from the front desk staff. I probably will not consider returning for another visit due to my negative experience.
