Completely ripped off. I was promised by the Host at check-in that if I gambled 3,000 points, my room would be comped. I had a witness by the check-in clerk. It was even in my reservation notes. When I went to check-out, they said no. They made me wait for 15 minutes "for the Manager on Duty" to call back. I finally left (I was nice, so were the clerks). The Manager on Duty called me an hour later, said "we don't have that promotion" even though it was in my reservation notes. I called that night, the host was gone for the weekend, but the new host implied she could do it. Nothing. The casino was one of the most smoky and expensive casinos I have been too. Terrible restaurant and service also. However, the room was nice and worth the cost. I just would not have gambled in such a horrible casino (example: Jacks or better pays 7/5).
