Check in was not very organized and no one offered any help as far as parking or luggage. After asking for help with valet parking and grabbing someone to help with luggage we finally got to the room. The Bell hop was nice and informative after asking for help. The room looked and smelled nice, but the bed had a awful squeak when moving just a little. The casino was typical, smoking is allowed so we didn't spend too much time there, no live entertainment in the bar except on Tuesday nights. The buffet is $27 and the food was marginal at best, the best item is the sirloin that you have to pre order, no idea if you can reorder, I only wanted one, although it was on the smaller side. All the other food was generic tasting. Will try a different place if we come back through.
