The fire alarm went off tonight. We exited through the staircase 3 flights only to find the exit door blocked by scaffolding. When we finally made it outside there were no fire trucks, no hotel personnel, and only a few guests. We went to the hotel desk to ask what was going on only to be confronted with they did not know. Where is their evacuation process? How can you not know what area is supposedly on fire. Four o'clock in the morning and we cannot sleep because the hotel personnel could not tell us if there is a fire or not. Who is running this circus??
