This resort is beautiful. The pool is enormous and has lots of room, so you never feel crowded. If you are traveling with children, this resort is superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the nightly entertainment for both children and adults. If you are not traveling with kids, there is also an adult only section of the resort. The food is pretty good, there is always a variety so you have choices. The service however at the buffet is not so great. Waiters/waitresses seem to be annoyed that they are there and they make you feel like you are bothering them. The restaurants on property are pretty nice with the exception of the Jamaican restaurant (Tallawah), the worst, don't even waste your reservations on this dump. Especially, since they limit how many reservations you can make. The best restaurants were the Japanese and the Caribbean grill. If you can get past the front desk and public relations rude and obnoxious staff you can enjoy your stay. The resort has all the makings to be a 5 star resort, they just need to get better staff.
