The management was non-existent. Service was sub par. It took 3 days to get the A.C. fixed and it still didn't work right. The club was right in front of our room it sounded like they were in our room from 8 till 11 at night. Room wasn't very clean by the maid service, didn't even make our beds the last night, I did pay for this service RIGHT? Food was average. We stayed in the standard side - the luxury side was right next to us we brought our 10 year old son so we couldn't stay on that side (Adults Only). They need to make up their minds either make it a family resort or a couples resort, not both. The whole privilege club thing make them look like fenced in cattle and make other guest feel like 3rd class citizens. Will never stay at this place EVER again and will make sure anyone that I know or meet will know the real deal about the hotel.
