This rating is for the hotel portion. After checking into our room we noticed black mold in the bathroom on the wall and baseboard. It was a long wait on hold for the front desk, when I finally reached them they sounded non-chalant about the mold issue. They agreed to move us next door but we had to go to the front desk to get new keys, which was a few buildings from where our room was, and we moved our things without them offering any help. No discount, no upgrade, no meal voucher, no gambling credit and worst of all NO APOLOGY. I hope the state health inspector cares more than they did because I will be calling them next. Very disappointed and surprised. Also the loud ice machine was right outside our room and kept us up all night.
