We usually stay at the RV Park always have been told it's first come first serve. Today we were told we had to leave tomorrow morning because all the spots are reserved. Basically their-rules don't apply to everyone. They are inconsistent with their reservations. Talked to the reservations manager to no avail she kept contradicting the rules about the reservations. We come up here a lot in the summer. Lesson learned. Will go somewhere else from now on. It seems that they don't really care if the customer is upset or not. I bet that their top manager won't even see this or respond to it. Tried to contact him but I only got some one else. Such a shame, because this used to be my favorite place until recently.
