This is the absolute worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. Just terrible in all possible respects, especially the HOSPITALITY respect. Disgruntled employees, for the most part (Kory the bellman was the single exception). When you call the 'front desk', you get someone at a call center in New Orleans, LA. Could not reach a manager on duty, my call from my room was disconnected twice . Pools are disgusting; hallways are disgusting and riddled with litter; elevators are rickety, overcrowded to the point that the line is 5 minutes long, AND they have no air conditioning; in-room ventilation system vents poop, smoke, and other unknown smells (possibly methamphetamine vapor) INTO your room, not out.
I don't do many reviews. But in this case, sleep in your car and you will have a better experience. I cannot tell you how much you should try another hotel in this area over this one. Maybe also check out the reports of bedbugs on Yelp, which I absolutely believe.
I am posting this review because I needed to try to help others avoid a terrible experience, especially if they are spending money for a vacation. This place, more specifically it's ownership and management, does not deserve it.
