Second time going to Laughlin decided to give Aquarius a chance due to its high rating. Unfortunately it did not meet my standards, I booked two rooms 2 weeks before when I checked in into the rooms I noticed one of the rooms was not even clean everything was DIRTY beds and restroom. The other room was SUPER DUSTY. I immediately called housekeeping they took about 30 minutes to get there and they only took like 10-15 minutes and IT WAS STILL DIRTY. I also called front desk, the "only thing" they could do is housekeeping I refused because I had already called for service, as a guest I should have not need to call for housekeeping since its suppose to be clean before the guest arrives. I wasted an hour or more going back and fourth with the front desk until they showed me another room. I had reservations for other activities that I WAS NOT ABLE to make due to the excessive time I wasted. The AZ tower is very poorly managed dirty hallways and not vacuumed "because its more of a family side". Meanwhile the CA side is a little more clean therefore if you want to stay there DEMAND for the CA tower. I would not stay there next time I go into town.
