I'm not really one to complain, but we had a couple of issues on our stay. First, we arrived at 5 pm. Check-in was at 4 pm. Despite this, we weren't allowed access to our room after traveling 6 hours because the room wasn't ready. The front desk stated their linen machines broke. The employee at the front desk's only provided us with a blank stare. And oddly, we were charged $3 a week later for supposedly a missing hand towel. Really? We didn't take your stupid towel. Your linen cleaning machine breaks down, and either you understocked it or miscount our room's towels, and charged us for the mistake. Wow. Casino was clean, dealers were nice. Go for the games, but get an uber and crash somewhere else, preferably a place that pays attention to details.
