I have stayed here multiple times for business/work. Every time I dread coming here. The customer service throughout the hotel exceeds "bad customer service". They never go above or beyond. The staff in the entire hotel that includes casino, restaurant and hotel staff have no motavation to do anything for their customers checking in or just playing the slots or just eating at the willows restaurant. The lack of customer service at this hotel/casino makes me cringe every time I stay here. The WiFi is horrible here don't try to accomplish anything on this network. And when you call the front desk and they respond to the wifi not bcc working "there is a storm outside" I'm sorry 7clans Casino you need to do better thsn that.
