Let me begin this by saying that I think Sparky's is the best BBQ restaurant in Miami! The bbq is amazing and the banana pudding is the best dessert I have ever had, I like it so much that my wife bought a whole tray for my birthday and that was my birthday cake. I was there last night and like always the bbq was on point and so was the service, till I ordered the banana pudding (2 to be exact). Once I ate it I was so disappointed, it was pretty tasteless and the consistency was way off. When the owner came to ask how the meal was and collect the check I asked about the banana pudding and he said they switched up the recipe. Why would you change something that you are so known for? My friends and I brag about Sparky's and how amazing that dessert is and they go and change it on us?!! WHYYY?!! WHYYY?!!! I love the place but thats honestly a make it or break deal for me. Sparkys Im asking you.. BEGGING YOU! Please go back to the original banana pudding recipe.
