It really does smell. The sweet cologne that is piped in does nothing to mask the smell. The linens in our room were dirty. Fire alarms went off and shut down our hallway. Windows were blocked with screws and we couldn't open them. The food we had (reception) was OK. There us no information booklet on the hotel or spa. There is lots that is not good here. BUT... every person that we ran across that worked there was very nice. That helped make up for the rocky start. The reception we attended was very nice. Staff was fun and accommodating EVEN with fire alarm going off. ... Again. Management, spend some money on commercial air purifiers... Train Brice (?) at the front desk. A cleaner atmosphere and you would have a +++
