The room and facilities were fine, but don't make the mistake of leaving anything behind!
I didn't manage to get my items back despite dashing back to the concierge desk the very afternoon after I checked out, logging a request online, and following up with 5 phone calls. I got a long story about how the cleaning staff would have logged it and sent it to the lost and found department, which takes up 24 hours to work through requests for lost and found items. While the lost and found department were polite, they couldn't help in the end because housekeeping possibly "claimed" the goods for themselves. Perhaps if the concierge desk had been more helpful and double checked with housekeeping that very day, instead of bouncing me to wait on the lost and found process, I might have had a shot at getting my goods back.
