To start out I give this 3 stars because of valet parking. What happened was we had to chase down a valet Parker because there was no one to tell is what we were suppose to do. Once we did it was a good 45 minute process. There isn't much around like McDonald's or Wendy's nearby if you can't go to Canada. Then another star down is that because a family member of mine was close to 21 (19) they could not enter the buffet through the casino. We would have had to wait for an escort and because of a medical emergencie we had to walk all the way around the huge building. Okay as for pros I loved the arcade (not casino) and shopping around the hotel and out of the hotel. The people were nice accept for a few people and a person at a desk that I couldn't understand do to thick ascent. Beds were great 23rd floor view was great pool awesome. Cleaning lady's and men were all extremely nice to us. Air conditioner worked fine along with WiFi. Over pretty good hotel.
