I'll start with the good and end with the bad. The location of this casino is great - right in the middle of Harrison Avenue, easy to get to. The inside of this establishment is pretty cool. The layout is clean and comfortable, and they even serve liquor. This place has A LOT of potential.
The deal breaker for me is the terrible customer service and management. The employees here have the worst attitude, and are flat-out rude. This is unfortunate because I'm sure they lose a lot of business over this.
One time I went in, and the older gal working made it known that breaking my $20 and getting me a soda was a major inconvenience. I thought that she was just having a bad day, but the next time I went in, it was the same bad service. Broke my change at her inconvenience and then ignored me for the rest of my stay.
I decided to give this establishment one more try. This time, the manger was working. GREAT I thought - I will finally get some decent customer service. Boy, was I wrong. I have never met someone with such a negative attitude. Every other word she said was the f word, and I had interrupted her bookkeeping. I won't be going back.
