Front desk staff, seemed bothered by having to "work". My husband ask if there was a luggage cart we could use. Was told yes, but they didn't know where they were and no one at the front desk offered to help us find one. With no valet at that time, we had to park in a distant parking lot and then carry our luggage to the hotel. We don't mind doing that, but the fact they didn't even offer to help us? The whole, "welcome", was extremely disappointing. The hotel and casino both in very poor, out dated condition. So much more to write, but why. I'll say that we'll not be staying again.
