After check out I was charged $100 for "taking a make-up mirror" When we checked in there was no make up mirror visible in the room. When we went to use the safe the mirror was in the closet. I called the front desk 3 time and every time they assured me they would check the room and call me back. After the 3rd call they assured me that a manager would call me back the next day. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything. I ended up disputing a the $100 additional charge with my credit card company. Today they let me know the Hotel is still fighting the charge. They most likely do this to anyone who comes from far away. They know I can't come back and force them to check the room again. The casino has lost a frequent visitor and the hotel left the worst possible impression.
