I am disgusted with the shameful mismanagement we've experienced. We have a family wedding which has been scheduled and booked for months. The day before our arrival we get a call that they've overbooked and have no room for us. Not just our 1 room but the wedding party and ALL of the families. This means an entire group that made reservations well in advanced. I get one room or maybe two but seriously and entire block of rooms. We were given no explanation other than 'sorry we overbooked'. My recommendation-Stay at the Hampton down the street, at least they wouldn't do something so asinine.
