I was very disappointed in the service we received. We ordered room service on Friday night close to midnight. We were told they were running about 1 1/2 hours but we agreed to it. 2 hours later our food arrives, cold and with an extra hamburger. At 2am we didn't think it was necessary to call room service to let them know they delivered an extra burger. I brought it up when we checked out and was told that we couldn't have a refund because it had been 24 hours and their computer can't process it anymore. I call BS but they insisted. After spending close to $1000 for 2 nights plus all the other money we spent in the casino and restaurants I expected a little better treatment. I didn't ask to be reimbursed for the cold food, just the $16 hamburger we didn't order.
