The Ramada need proper maintenance outside and within. It seems as though care and renovation is not being done, at all.
Room
In bathroom had a stinky smell that was permanent. House keeping was called and they used Lysol to take away the smell but the smell still remain there. Later we found out that the room was not clean prior to us occupying it...yuck!!!
Restaurant
Down in the restaurant, there was no escort to your table and poring of coffee. Everyone assembled around the buffet table stumbling on top of each other to make coffee, tea or pore juice while in the same line waiting to take out the food. The food was good.
Building
On the outside of the building plants and black moss are growing endlessly. The roof are dirty and can used a good power cleaning and painting. Water from a broken pipe is dripping with black moss and broken concrete on the ground.
Overall, organization and structure need to be put in place to facilitate exceptional service at the Princess Ramada in Georgetown Guyana.
I was deeply disappointed this hotel which is a part of my country.
