The snow was great for learning to ski. The weather 2 out of 3 days was beautiful. It is also very relaxed. However, it is understaffed. And about half the staff that were there were rude, apathetic or disengaged or a combination. Consequently the service is very slow and chaotic. One staff member doesn't know what the other is doing. I had an impression of ski instructors being conceited and they lived up to those expectations although we learned quite a lot from them in a short time. It's worth going especially with learners and kids but allow 90 mins more than you think to get hire gear organised and fitted, even when pre booked.
