We typically eat here 2 to 3 times a week if we are staying in the biloxi area. I gave 3 stars because this is a great place to eat however we had a not so great experience tonight. If we are not with a group we usually eat at the bar because Pam is fantastic and we are smokers. My girlfriend always orders the hibachi and on Fridays and Saturdays the bartender or server has to make sure they can take the order if you're not at a hibachi station. Tonight we came in and had our typical orders. We were the first people sitting in the bar area. My girlfriend waited over an hour for her hibachi. People came and went before she ever got her order. This was unexpected and a little frustrating but I assumed the manager would apologize or attempt to make things right. She ended up coming over to resolve an issue on another check and I mentioned you can take care of that hibachi order while you're at it. She never looked at me never spoke to me never apologized for the wait or thanked us for our patience. She simply told Pam no and walked off. We felt bad for Pam as she apologized profusely with no way to make things right. Pam you're great we'll be back next time we don't see that sorry excuse for a manager doing nothing at the host stand.
