We had our wedding at the garden chapel, the ceremony was gorgeous and went smoothly. The package came with 2 nights in a Neapolitan suite. We were told to check in at 3. When we went to check in they only had 2 clerks working the desk. We were then told our room wouldn't be ready until after 5 pm. Waited in line for another 2 hours and the room still wasn't ready. They gave us a different room number but same suite. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and the beds were so soft to the point of 0 support, same with the 2 tiny pillows they provided. They never cleaned our room for the entire 3 days we were there, even after repeatedly calling the desk. Stay at an MGM resort, Caesars doesn't care about you.
