It's not that the atmosphere of horseshoe casino Baltimore is bad , but what I don't agree with is the interview process. The panel interview isn't a great way in my opinion of interviewing someone for a job position, well not their way of doing it. We stand in a horseshoe about 20 people and are told to do the most craziest task anything from singing, acting, etc. Nothing in which is a direct way of getting to know the person applying , then based upon how well you do that determines whether you are hired or not which is unfair when you go in prepared and confident in what you put out only to get rejected because you couldn't act smh.
