I'm going to try to keep this short and to the point as possible! I booked this resort
for my sister and I for her birthday, upon arrival we were very disappointed when we were checking in to find out that the resort really isn't "all inclusive." There are certain items on the menu that you have to pay out of pocket for. Room service is not included and every time you eat or drink at the restaurants you get a tab where you have to sign for and anything extra is charged to your credit card. Maybe it's just me but that's false advertisement because it is NOT all inclusive. You have a very small selection of alcoholic beverages and if you order off the short menu that is included the price is $7.95 for a beer!! Also when you get tab you have to include a cash tip or the tip will be charged to your card. My sister and I went to the 5 o clock somewhere restaurant and bar and got appetizers and I had two beers and the total came to almost $70 so the tip at 20% would be $14 but the server only got our drink and food orders and then brought us the tab. Me being a sever myself I feel as though the servers here do the bare minimum. I've been on many trips that are all inclusive and this resort just isn't that.
