The resort is nice and big. The first room we got the AC unit was not working so I called for service. Maintenance took about 25 minutes to come to our room and it was hot. It worked like for an hour and broke again. This time when I called maintenance guy came fast. He was the same guy as the first time I called and he was real nice and friendly. He told us that it was broken that he would report it back to front desk so they could give us another room. 15 minutes later I get a call from the front desk that they were going to give us another room. The room was nice just as the first one but this one had a nice view to the beach of the balcony and the first one didn't. The room was big and modern with a kitchen. At the end of our stay they put our statement threw under the door and we saw we had a charge for movie that we never ordered. So when we checked out my husband let them know about the mistake they did and they removed it. So everything was good.
