The Cromwell

Ate at Giada's. I got the impression they were understaffed. Waiter was attentive at the beginning but our food came to the table out of order, long spaces in between where we sat with nothing at the table or only one of us had food. Mentioned to the manager the food was out of order. She asked for no further explanation and offered nothing more than I'm sorry. Our waiter asked if we had time constraints. Told him we did have tickets for a show. We we're almost late because it took so long to get our bill. Why ask if you don't care?
