I'll be honest, I'm never going to stay at Montbleu again. The only good thing about it is Opal Lounge - their nightclub. Twice I have had bad experiences with Montbleu, once was services in the hotel were not available and no one, from booking to check in said anything about it. One of the main reasons to go to Montbleu is their pool and spa, both of which were unavailable and my primary reason for booking (which I had mentioned both at the time of booking and at check in), and not a single employee mentioned that their pool was closed for major renovations and the spa was an additional charge. The second time was trying to purchase day passes for 8 girls during a bachelorette party to the spa, and their policy is to not allow non-guests to go to their spa from Friday through Sunday. Just all poor communication and service all around. There's much more detail to this, but I'll keep this short. I will never stay there again.
