Our experience at this hotel was tainted by the $25 food and beverage credit scam that they offer upon booking. When you try to redeem this credit, you are told to use any restaurant or bar within the hotel complex "except for" the ones facing check in. This is not the case as we went to Hash House and the hotel would not honor the credit. When we tried to resolve this with Guest Services, we were treated like liars and challenged to prove who we spoke to by providing a name (yeah right). Left with a hefty dinner bill that we would otherwise have avoided. On the plus side, this is a very quiet and centrally located hotel. Rooms are very small, but we knew that when booking. Just be aware of the F&B scam.
