Chic Royalton Resort adult only is very nice. The staff are nice, professional, respectful and clean. The resort is well kept and the rooms are clean and beautiful. The pools maintenance are well kept therefore, it is very clean and beautiful. Housekeeping is outstanding. The foods are excellent however for some reason it's always cold. They need to use warmers to keep the food warm at the buffet. Unfortunately I cannot say much for the beach. If you love the ocean you may have a slight problem. It is always dirty and I've been here for the past two days afraid to go into the water due to how dirty it is with sea grass they do not have the proper equipment to clean the beach in the morning as needed. this is something they need to invest in. And it's very difficult to find change once you in the resort. I went to the receptionist they didn't have change, I went to the change counter where you can exchange money they did not have any change as well???? finally one of the staff members had changed on them and he was able to help me out???? and this is something they need to work on as well to make sure the customers have access to be able to change money if needed and also to be able to enjoy the beach.. over all it's a beautiful place to come to...
