When asking for assistance I would expect some concern or at the very least an attempt to helping me with the issue. Not to just tell me to use the internet. When I brought up the issue of the room not cooling. It was never addressed. I paid for the room at the time of check in. I asked that if the amount being charged was correct. ( twice ). I was assured both times that it was correct. I do not mind paying what I owe BUT to change the amount and just take it from my account WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION , is underhanded.
