My wife and I had the worst experience ever! We seeing these beautiful rooms online that had sitting areas as well as a small kitchen area and a bathroom that included two sinks and a bathtub. That is the complete opposite of what we got when we open the door to our room when we got to the SLS Las Vegas a tribute portfolio Resort. The only thing about this Resort that was true that was posted on the website was the outdoor swimming pool. Everything else from top to bottom was a lie. Not only were we extremely disappointed and did not feel safe staying there, there were 12 other families in line complaining about the exact same thing" why were the pictures online different and not the room I got"...
For my wife's first time in Vegas this was extremely disappointing and Expedia did not resolve the situation. They were unable to resolve the situation because they needed the referral from SLS saying that it was okay to change a reservation to another hotel. So unfortunately we had to stay one night the very next morning we checked out and went to a hotel who had exactly what they said they did. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and it was called The Signature next to the MGM Grand... Now if you want a great Hotel go to The Signature.. . Also the smell at the SLS resort was horrendous it smelt like a cigarette bar that has been open for 50 years! We are not the type of people who complain or leave reviews for anything. But this was completely uncalled for. The first two days in Vegas was hell! Stay far far away from the SLS Las Vegas tribute Resort.
