Very bad customer service from an employee at the buffet named Maria. Rude and condescending attitude toward me and my family. Embarrassed me in front of everyone in line when she blurted out loud my debit card is decline whereas it was their system's error that the transaction was not completed. She was not even sincere with her apology and more rude in saying it after asked her not to repeat the words declined in front of other people. She called security saying I was yelling at her where as I was just making a point that her demenor is embarrassing myself and my complanions. Security clearly sided with me after they assessed the situation and apologized in her behalf.
