The other day went into the restaurant and the waitress was rude and obnoxious this evening went into the restaurant it was told there was a waiting list the restaurant he was virtually empty and the waiting list which for the convenience of waitresses. This is the most ridiculous procedure I've ever come across in all my 72 years. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership and management of the restaurant we come there as a group of anywhere between 3 and 14 people at least three times per year for a period of 7 to 10 days. We've been doing this now 4 years and it just seems that this year everything about the restaurant has gone from good too bad to worse. So as an end result your restaurant and personnel have succeeded in running off your customers.
