We visited Harrah's in Laughlin on a casino trip this past week. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and we're given our room keys and information quickly. We went to our room and I was immediately upset as to the condition of the room. It was not clean and didnt smell good. I decided to go to the desk and was greeted by a gentlemen who was very understanding and promptly found us another room which was a welcome improvement. The staff at this casino are so kind and helpful but the hotel needs the updates that they say are in the coming year. The casino itself had lousy payout so we will not be going back...guess they are going to use that money on renovations.
