Booked a room through a 3rd party. 3rd party entered it in the system as the wrong date. Tried to cancel with 3rd party, they won't. Tried to cancel with Boston Harbor Hotel, they won't. Fully paid for date is more than a week in the future, not passed yet. Hotel sold out that night, they could rebook the room easily. This is NOT customer first friendly, more like "Buyer Beware". I assure you the Four Seasons and the Mandarin's of the world wouldn't pull these types of moves. No wonder Boston Harbor Hotel enjoys working with 3rd party bargain discount websites.
