Called reservation number a week before arrival. I requested king bed in a quiet area in a non smoking room. I did advise the concierge we would be arriving late and to hold booking. We arrived to resort (?) at 8 pm. We were greeted by both clerks on cell phones with no interest in serving us. We were booked into a room on the 4th floor , two queen beds in a smoking room. When we called the front desk to ask for a different room we were told that facility had no other rooms available. My husband went down to front desk to inquire in person and was told again no other rooms available but that they would come spray our room and open the window. We went into casino for an hour and returned to our room to find our keys invalidated. Down to the front desk again to be told "ya it happens". Will not ever recommend or stay in this "resort" again.
