I was at the hotel for a 2 day conference in September 2017. I reserved a handicap accessible room, and I asked for a room close to the elevator. Getting from the parking garage to the front desk, up to my room and to the floor where the conference was involved a large amount of walking. I asked for a wheelchair, and was told they had none, that they were broken or stolen. They gave me a list of other hotels in the area, but they said their wheelchairs were reserved for their own guests. The room I received was a long ways away from the elevator. The "handicap" room did not have a walk-in shower, so I had to step over the side of the tub to take a shower (although they did have a seat for me, it was on the back of the tub, and I had to get the shower head from the front of the tub). When I complained to the front desk when I checked out, all he said was "sorry."
