Poor experience. Hotel is misleading and offers poor customer service. Would recommend trying a different hotel.
- Pools were closed most of the time. The one pool was "closed for the season". Foxtail closed in the evening and re-opened at 9a. No night time pool fun/club. Hotel falsely advertises a lot of things to do within the hotel but most were "closed".
- Gratuity was added automatically at the bar with NO itemized receipt and yet still had a section for a tip. Gratuity and service fee for room service also automatically added without explanation. Although I expect to pay more in Las Vegas, it was straight misleading.
- Room was clean, but if you book through a travel service realize they will put you in the lower-end tower. All of the pictures shown must have been from the higher end side.
- In my opinion completely non-disclosed taxes and fees appeared on final receipt.
- No room in mini fridge for items. If you can fit anything in, you will be charged $30 for the fridge use.
