I enjoyed walking round one of the Queens home. Fascinating place chock full of History. However as much as I enjoyed it, the castle reminded me that this is the History and gilded wealth of the elite rich. I would have liked to have seen some if the History if the people who built the castle, who worked there and in the surrounding area. This 'common' history would have been very interesting alongside the gilded history. Did love the Arms though never seen so many in one place. Make sure you gift aid if a UK tax payer then you can go back for free anytime.
